Hunger is likely to be a problem. Grieger warns that the cereal with unborn milk and fruit is a great meal or snack, but unless you choose a high-protein cereal, high-fiber, it may be in an hour or two. "Eating low-fiber foods and proteins causes hunger before and can trigger excess food of the wrong types," Grieger says. Moore suggests that dietitians reduce the boredom of eating so many cereal products by adding a lot to the special diet K."
